Advising Directory for Students
From the dashboard, you can select Connect > Contact My Advisors, which is a shortcut for going to the Advising Directory menu, at left:
The Directory gives you tabs that allow you to browse My Assigned Advisors, All Advisors and Faculty, and Colleges or Program Offices.
Tip: Need to reach your instructors, too? Use the Message Current Instructors button at top of your Course History page to quickly reach all of your teachers, such as if you have a family medical emergency.
Assigned Advisors
Assigned Advisors only appears if your institution formally assigns students to advisors. If so, you can use the contact links to send a message or schedule an appointment with an advisor.
All Advisors
Note that “All Advisors and Faculty” refers specifically to faculty who serve as advisors: you won’t find regular instructors in this listing. To find your current instructors, go to the Course History menu at left and locate the course for the instructor you want to contact.
Tip: To search for an individual in the advisory directory, you just need to enter the first letter or two of their first or last name.
Offices
If you want to find a member of a specific office or service, click on the name (such as Athletics). The directory for that office will display for you to browse.
