Interactions with students can be documented in several different ways within the Civitas Learning advising solution. Ultimately, however, they are likely all stored as “notes.” These notes are an archive of important information regarding the support of individual students. They provide a cross-functional view of how, when, and why students received certain forms of “interventions.”
Access to individual student notes is permission-based, to ensure that this sensitive information is shared only with appropriate advisors. Notes may also be shared on-demand, as needed.
